We teamed up with the folks at Creative Lives in Progress, with support from Residence to help shape that mission into a clearer, more functional space online. One that doesn’t just look good, but feels good to use — whether you’re reading an article, finding a job, or figuring out where you might fit in.

We simplified the experience. Cleaned up navigation. Reworked key tools like the Opportunities Board and Company Directory. And made sure both individuals and organisations could manage their profiles with ease.

Visually, we kept the energy of the brand but made it more flexible — a modular system, brighter palette, and bold typography that stays out of the way when it needs to. The goal was never to impress. It was to support the people who use it. And in the end, that’s exactly what it does.
