Senior Designer

Level: Senior Kind: Full-Time

You're a designer who could spot a misaligned pixel from a mile away? Your creative skills are so sharp, not even Roger could slice more difficult balls? You think those puns aren't funny, but "at least they tried"? Then this job posting might be right for you.

What we need

You have that special feel for design
You work with Figma

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including web design, user interfaces, and branding projects
You work independently but communicate well with your team
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design work
Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
You have an opinion and are happy to share it
Experience with motion graphics and animation
You love dogs. Okay, that’s not a requirement.
You have worked as a designer for at least 5 years

Full Fridays

Every week half of the team gets the Friday day off. So every other week you either work or train the new skateboard trick.

Office(s)

Yes, we still have an office in Vienna and there is free beer, a foosball table, and a dog to pet. As part of Residence you also have the option to work from other offices like New York, LA or Sydney.
