You care about every pixel and every person behind the screen. You're not just crafting beautiful visuals - you're designing experiences that feel intuitive, inclusive, and intentional. You balance aesthetics and usability like a pro, and you're just as happy presenting design strategy as you are building moodboards. If that sounds like you, we’d love to meet you.
You’ll support our team remotely during Eastern Time (EST) business hours. You don’t need to be based in the EST time zone, but you must be able to collaborate effectively within those hours.
You’re an ideal candidate if you meet the following requirements:
You define the visual direction for major digital initiatives - encompassing websites, apps, interactive campaigns, and beyond.
You create user-centered visual experiences grounded in design thinking, brand strategy, and accessibility best practices.
You take ownership of your design stream, collaborating with PMs to stay on brief, on time, and within the allocated hours.
Lead the creation or expansion of design systems, ensuring they’re scalable, adaptable, and consistently implemented.
You’re confident presenting your ideas to clients and stakeholders, and just as comfortable giving thoughtful, constructive feedback to support junior designers.
We love experiments and learning new stuff. You'll have a yearly budget to buy books, check out online courses or attend conferences.
Every week half of the team gets the Friday day off. So every other week you either work or train the new skateboard trick.
Yes, we still have an office in Vienna and there is free beer, a foosball table, and a dog to pet. As part of Residence you also have the option to work from other offices like New York, LA or Sydney.
That's right, everyone who has been with us at least a year gets to share in our success!
We are a Virtual First company, so you choose where you work from. To support your adventures in Paraguay, Italy or Fiji or just your wifi costs at home, you’ll receive a remote work bonus.
Once or twice a year we have the whole team together in one place and have some great time screen printing, eating, partying, bowling and more (take a look at this).
You'll work with an extremely talented team like Edo or Simone
You can switch between low-fidelity exploration and polished UI execution based on project needs.
You have experience with motion design or animation, and understand how subtle transitions can elevate the user experience.
You’re curious about emerging tools and tech, and excited to explore how AI can support better, faster workflows.
Share your story and past experiences. We can't wait to get to know you better!
