We’re looking for a full-time Senior Project Manager with at least five years in a digital agency environment, managing projects such as building AI products, redesigning websites, launching e-commerce sites, and developing microsites.
As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll lead high-stakes projects strategically, mentor junior PMs, and deliver solutions on time and on budget.
You’ll support our team remotely during Eastern Time (EST) business hours. You don’t need to be based in the EST time zone, but you must be able to collaborate effectively within those hours.
You're an ideal candidate if you meet the following requirements:
You have at least five years in a digital agency environment, managing projects such as building AI products, redesigning websites, launching ecommerce sites, and developing microsites.
Your project management prowess is undeniable—you seamlessly juggle multiple projects, keeping budgets in check and timelines tight. You take ownership and move things forward, especially when leading large-scale, interdisciplinary collaborations for international clients.
You’re highly skilled in asynchronous communication—keeping remote teams aligned with clear updates while ensuring stakeholder expectations are set, scope creep is avoided, and collaboration flows seamlessly across time zones.
You don’t wait for tasks to come to you—you create opportunities. You pitch ideas, identify roadblocks before they appear, and proactively present innovations to clients based on your in-depth understanding of their operations.
You elevate the people around you. Whether it’s mentoring junior PMs or guiding teams through complex challenges, you lead with clarity and confidence, ensuring high-quality execution while helping others grow.
We love experiments and learning new stuff. You'll have a yearly budget to buy books, check out online courses or attend conferences.
Every week half of the team gets the Friday day off. So every other week you either work or train the new skateboard trick.
Yes, we still have an office in Vienna and there is free beer, a foosball table, and a dog to pet. As part of Residence you also have the option to work from other offices like New York, LA or Sydney.
That's right, everyone who has been with us at least a year gets to share in our success!
Besides all of this remote stuff, Vienna is still the most liveable city in the world. So if you fell in love with Vienna and our space (who wouldn't) we'll help you with a flight, accommodation for the first week of your arrival, help with the Visa and find you some new best friends.
We are a Virtual First company, so you choose where you work from. To support your adventures in Paraguay, Italy or Fiji or just your wifi costs at home, you’ll receive a remote work bonus.
Annual retreats (like this), monthly activities, cake wednesdays, and who knows what else.
You'll work with an extremely talented team like Edo or Simone
Your interest goes beyond tech and design trends – you are deeply engaged with the latest developments in GenAI / LLM, E-Commerce and interactive storytelling and how they can be leveraged in digital projects.
You have a keen eye for what makes a digital product succeed, be it in terms of SEO, CMS, user experience, or aesthetics. Your willingness to delve deeper into these areas is a key strength.
Whether it's using a new Project Management software (like Productive) or adapting to different project methodologies (like Scrum), you're on top of it.
Share your story and past experiences. We can't wait to get to know you better!
