Senior Full Stack Engineer - AI
We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who loves to prototype, experiment with AI tools, and build scalable, production-ready LLM-based applications. This is a hands-on role combining frontend and backend development with a strong focus on integrating AI into real-world digital experiences.
You’ll support our team remotely with availability either during the Eastern Time (EST) or European (EU) business hours, with the option to work onsite or hybrid from our Vienna office if you’re based nearby.
What we need
You’re an ideal candidate if you meet the following requirements:
You have a solid foundation in Node.js, TypeScript, and Full Stack frameworks like Next.js or Remix, using them to build scalable and maintainable applications, including server-side logic and back-end performance optimization for LLM-powered tools.
You’ve built and deployed RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines in production environments. You know your way around LangChain, LangGraph, and other orchestration frameworks and how to leverage embeddings, vector databases, and efficient memory strategies.
You thrive on prototyping, iterating quickly, and learning through experimentation. Whether it’s hacking together a proof of concept or shipping a polished product, you love pushing the boundaries of emerging tech.
While TypeScript & JavaScript are your bread and butter, you’re also comfortable in Python when working with AI toolkits, LLM fine-tuning, or quick data processing tasks.
You take pride in your work, challenge assumptions, and are ready to lead technical discussions with confidence and care.
