We're looking for a User Experience Analyst

We are looking for a full-time (we're on our way to a 4-Day Work Week) User Experience Analyst to support our team remotely or in our Vienna office. You are an ideal candidate if you meet some of the following requirements:

What we're looking for

  • You know Figma like your favorite song (who knows what the back of their hand is like?!)

  • Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies

  • Proficiency in conducting user research techniques, such as interviews, surveys, and usability tests

  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation platforms

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from complex data sets

  • Proficient in using website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex findings in a clear and concise manner

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment

  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Knowledge of accessibility best practices and guidelines

  • You have worked in this field for at least 3 years

  • You have an opinion and are happy to share it

What you'll do

  • Conduct user research studies, including interviews, surveys, and usability tests, to gain deep insights into user needs and behaviors.

  • Design and execute A/B tests and user experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of design changes and features.

  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data from various sources, including user feedback, website analytics, and heatmaps, to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and developers, to translate insights into actionable design recommendations.

  • Develop and maintain a robust user research and testing framework, including research plans, test scripts, and protocols.

  • Create visually compelling and data-driven reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user experience research, testing methodologies, and data analysis techniques
