We're looking for a Senior Designer

We are looking for a full-time (we're on our way to a 4-Day Work Week) Senior Designer to support our team remotely or in our Vienna office. You are an ideal candidate if you meet some of the following requirements:

• You have that special feel for design

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including web design, user interfaces, and branding projects

• You work independently but communicate well with your team

• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale

• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design work

• Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate junior designers

• You have an opinion and are happy to share it

• Experience with motion graphics and animation

• You love dogs. Okay, that’s not a requirement. But also, how can you not love Henry?

• You have worked as a designer for at least 5 years

What you'll do

• Create innovative, digital concepts

• Developing a unique style together with the designers

• Keeping a good overview of the project + help out the design team

• Work with major clients redefining the future of e-commerce, banking, travel, healthcare, and other fields

• Conceptualize and design websites, interactive installations, apps, or other experiences for brands and start-ups

• Present designs to the client and explain them clearly
