We are looking for a full-time (we're on our way to a 4-Day Work Week) Mid-Level UX Designer to support our team remotely or in our Vienna office. You are an ideal candidate if you meet some of the following requirements:
You know Figma like your favorite song (who knows what the back of their hand is like?!)
You have that special feel for design
Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in user-centered design, including wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs
Experience with user research techniques and usability testing
Solid understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and visual design principles
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of accessibility best practices and guidelines
You have an opinion and are happy to share it
You have work experience as a UX designer

Conduct user research and gather insights to inform the design process
Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize and communicate design concepts
Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, functional, and consistent
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless and cohesive user experience
Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design
