We're looking for a Mid-Level UX Designer

We are looking for a full-time (we're on our way to a 4-Day Work Week) Mid-Level UX Designer to support our team remotely or in our Vienna office. You are an ideal candidate if you meet some of the following requirements:

What we're looking for

  • You know Figma like your favorite song (who knows what the back of their hand is like?!)

  • You have that special feel for design

  • Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in user-centered design, including wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs

  • Experience with user research techniques and usability testing

  • Solid understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and visual design principles

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Knowledge of accessibility best practices and guidelines

  • You have an opinion and are happy to share it

  • You have work experience as a UX designer

What you'll do

  • Conduct user research and gather insights to inform the design process

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize and communicate design concepts

  • Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, functional, and consistent

  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless and cohesive user experience

  • Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design
