We're looking for a Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a full-time (we're on our way to a 4-Day Work Week) Senior-Level Digital Project Manager to support our team in Vienna. You are an ideal candidate if you meet some of the following requirements:

• You’re fluent in English and German (both are required)

• You are interested in digital strategy, design and technology and curious about new trends in that area.

• You like working for international clients and on large scale interdisciplinary projects.

• Ideally, you have worked at an agency before. You're comfortable with communicating directly to the client and filtering the essentials for the design & development team

• You are familiar with terms such as SEO, CMS and Figma and you know what the difference between a good and a bad website is - or, if not, you are willing to learn it.

• You love working as part of a team and your work approach is always solution-focused. You're able to motivate the team

• You have solid Project Management skills, have strong task management capabilities and know how to keep track of budgets and schedules.

• You're familiar with Project Management software (we use notion) and have a knowledge about Scrum

• You work independently, solve problems proactively and have an interest in improving internal processes

• You are able to handle stressful situations and multiple projects at the same time, knowing how to prioritize and stay focused (and happy).

• You love dogs. Okay, that’s not a requirement. But also, how can you not love Henry?
